    An e-mail message was sent by you to me confirming my appointment on Friday, AS MY DISHWASHER BROKE DOWN ON TUESDAY – 6-25. A dispatcher from INTEGRITY APPLIANCE CO.
    ATTEMPTED TO call me Wednesday; and because we were on
    the phone regarding my husband’s surgery which took place on Monday 06-24, it rang thru with no message taken..There were ONLY 2 attempts
    that this dispatcher made that day…WEDNESDAY – 6-26. NO FURTHER ATTEMPTS ON THURSDAY OR Friday morning were made by this dispatcher.
    Nor did the dispatcher try to call you @ 800 626-2224 who set up the appointment – INCIDENT # 40959224. I KNOW DEFINITLY NO ATTEMPT
    WAS MADE BY her ON EITHER THURSDAY OR FRIDAY BECAUSE WE HAVE A TELEPHONE LOG OF UNANSWERED AND ANSWERED PHONE CALLS.
    that shows up on our TV. THERE WERE ONLY 2 ATTEMPTS ON Wednesday – around 10:30 am and 1:00pm.
    Since I received no further e-mail messages from your office or INTEGRITY APPLIANCE nor was I called Thursday or Friday I waited for your repairman to arrive between 8:00 am & 12:00 pm on FRIDAY 6-28.
    At 12:15 I called Integrity Appliance Co. OR YOU to find out why no one showed up for my appointment on Friday with no notification. Their dispatcher was adamant THAT THE ORDER WAS
    CANCELLED with no notification to me by either phone call or e-mail and when MY voice raised from stress from the huge dissapointment. SHE RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME.
    Since my husband was in a wheelchair from surgery and I had been doing constant cooking DESPARATELY in need of my dishwasher operating, I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET.

    I HAVE paid for 20 different G.E. appliances during the last 14 years (for my house and my rental house) and been a faithful
    paying customers all those years. This employee was rude, uncaring AND UNSYMPATHETIC to me as a long-time customer and needs to go back into training
    as she was EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT and R U D E in following through with her customer.
