Dear Sirs,
as you already wrote to us, our flight DL0093 from Berlin TXL to NY JFK on 23.10.2019 was cancelled, due to technical problem on the Aircraft.
Our tickett Nr. are

We was rebooked on the another flight day later (24.10.2019) and also our connection flight to Miami was rebooked on 24.10.2019.
We have been informed on the Airport about the compensation of 600 eur for the cancelled flight.
We where not able to cancell our reservation for our hotel in Miami for the 23.10.2019, because it was fixed price booking.
After arriving in Miami on 24.10.2019 hotel refused to give us accomodation – they cancelled entire booking.
How ever, this costs can not be refund to us anymore, because it was fixed price, no refunds made by hotwire.
This reseration was charged for 102.91 Eur.
We had to find another hotel for the night 24.10.2019. This hotel charged us 100.43 USD.
We are sending you confirmations about bouth hotels.
Please kindly to refund our extra costs for the hotels, we had to do because of cancelling our flight, 102.91 eur and 100.43 USD and for our compensation costs 2x 600 eur for Edita Kysel and Thomas Loewe.
