I booked this ticket from Hyderabad to Tirupati almost two months back and yesterday I receive an email that my flight is cancelled. The morning flights are shut down and very bad customer service executive Mr.Suresh, who spoke very rudely. Given a chance I would never opt for this airlines. you would just say flight cancelled ,but no alternative solution provided. I was suggested that I will be either put in evening flight or before day flight, but nothing in morning and if I want to book another airlines the difference amount is also not paid. What is the purpose of planning travels ahead if airlines are cancelling flights without any reason related to weather or natural calamity? Hopeless service.
